These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it or sending us an enquiry, you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

They are not the terms of any engagement. Work we carry out for a client is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

We keep the site available as best we can, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Intellectual property

The design, copy, photography, case studies and code on this site belong to UX Pacific or to the clients who commissioned the work, and are protected by copyright.

You may not copy, republish or reuse any of it commercially without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a credit and a link back is fine.

Client names, logos and marks shown in case studies remain the property of those clients and appear here with their permission.

Enquiries and proposals

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, and neither does our reply.

Figures, timelines and outcomes described in case studies reflect specific projects with specific clients. They are illustrative, not a forecast of what your project will achieve.

A proposal we issue is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to a signed agreement.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Submit false information, malware, or anything unlawful through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or use it to build a competing service.
• Use the contact details published here to send unsolicited marketing.

We may block access where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites where they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or what they do with your data.
